Orders being shipped to addresses within California are charged 9.00% sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax.
Farmers Market Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges for Farmers Market merchandise purchased through this website will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or original packing slip, specific exchange or refund instructions, and be sure to include a daytime telephone number and email address where we may contact you. The Farmers Market is not responsible for any damage that occurs when return shipping so we encourage all returns be insured for the full value.
If a replacement merchandise item is being shipped to you, additional shipping charges may apply if a rush mailing service is requested. If rush return mailing service is requested, our customer service representatives will contact you to approve any additional charges before billing your credit card.
